In high-volume agency environments, I designed innovative, premium-branded training for massive global audiences and Fortune 500 clients.
L&D specialist with the agile teams responsible for creating innovative learning strategies for IPGMediabrands & Annalect, the data analytics arm of Omnicom Media.
With IPG, I worked as the L&D specialist with the team responsible for creating learning opportunities for RepriseDigital, Initiative, IPG Mediabrands, and IPG HQ. While with IPG, I developed key learnings for IPG’s new-hire onboarding, specifically their Media Foundations program.
While with Annalect, I created learnings for Apple and several key learnings for Annalect’s proprietary data management platform, their university, Annalect U, Annalect’s internal blog, and many other pillars of their organization.
Most notably during my time with Annalect, our teams' analytics training curriculum helped Annalect win a $2.6 billion P&G account!
