THE ASK:

Responsible for all customer/employee facing product training featured in Brightcove Academy and all training videos on Brightcove's support documentation site. Trainings are delivered in a variety of modalities (micro learnings to full learning paths) to meet the needs of our audiences. I take a consultative approach to scoping project requests, giving guidance to those unfamiliar with the learning development process. All of our training is focused on creating real value for customers and employees by providing relevant, data-driven training opportunities, enabling them to be autonomous super-users and advocates for Brightcove products.
