L&D Specialist with the Agile team responsible for creating innovative strategies for UM, Reprise Digital, Initiative, and the 8 SBU’s under IPGMediabrands. I created training programs for IPG's new hires and developed training materials and complementary assets for IPG Mediabrands external clients. The size of IPG’s workforce (50,000 employees) and clientele meant a constant demand for relevant, just-in-time training solutions for an ever-changing audiences at an ever-changing scale. No matter what the demand, all had to be delivered with agency-standard quality.
